Marthur

Arthur watched her from across the courtyard. He sighed as she swished her hair and Frank nudged him.

"Oi, Weasley, you ever going to ask her out? You've been staring at her for the past hour!" he exclaimed and Arthur blushed, hitting his arm.

"Nah, I couldn't ask Molly out. She's the prettiest girl in school, why would she want me?" he said sadly, looking down for a moment before his eyes went back to Molly.

Frank rolled his eyes, "yeah, okay, give me a minute." he stood up, but Arthur ignored him. Molly had just moved sightly so the sun was shining perfectly on her hair, making her glow.

The sun's shine on her hair hit his eyes though, so he couldn't see properly for a moment. He closed his eyes and rubbed them, and when he opened them, it was dark.

"Huh?" he said, sitting up properly and looking around.

"Hey." he froze.

"M-Molly?" she had walked over at Frank's request and had been blocking his sun. She laughed at his confusion.

"Yes, Molly. You're Arthur. Can I sit?" she asked softly, biting her lip, and Arthur just nodded, too shocked to say anything.

She smiled and took Frank's seat, but sitting slightly closer than he had. Arthur closed his eyes and took a deep breath, inhaling her scent. She smelled of cinnamon. He liked cinnamon.

The two sat silently for a moment before Molly spoke again.

"You know, Arthur... I was wondering if you wanted to go to Hogsmeade with me this weekend?" she asked and Arthur froze, not believing his luck!

"W-What?" he stuttered, his cheeks burning red, and Moll only laughed, shifting so she could rest her head on his shoulder.

"Will you, Arthur Weasley, come with me, Molly Prewitt, to Hogsmeade this weekend?" he was dumbfounded, but managed to nod his head.

"Y-yes!" he said happily when he realised she couldn't see him. She giggled and stood up.

"Great, see you then." she leaned forward and pressed a soft kiss to his cheek and Arthur blushed brighter than before, ignoring Frank jumping up and down at the other side of the Courtyard giving him a thumbs up.

"Yeah, see you then," he said as she walked off, smiling like a love sick puppy.
