It was a blazing hot summer day. Grunkle Stan was looking through the mail. Bill, bill, bill restraining order, bill. Then he stumbled upon one that had Dipper's name on it. He walked upstairs to give him the mail. He knocked on the door. There was no response. Then he got an idea.
Grunkle Stan said "Hey Dipper! You got mail from, uhhh, Wendy." Dipper all of a sudden opened the door and said "Let me see! Let me see!" Grunkle Stan laughed. "Ha! You actually thought that Wendy would send you a letter! You're so easy to trick!" Dipper grabbed the letter and slammed the door on Stan.
Dipper opened the envelope. Inside were three tickets to Hawaii and a paper that said
"Dear Pines Family,
You have just won a free trip to Hawaii! Your plane will be leaving at seven thirty on Saturday. Meet us at 412 Gopher Road. Hope you can make it!"
Dipper's jaws dropped. He didn't remember anyone joining a contest, but all he cared about was the free trip. He was about to tell Stan when all of a sudden he remembered something. He said "Wait a minute. Isn't that the place where Gideon tried to kill me? Nah. I'm thinking of somewhere else." He ran downstairs to show the others. When he left the room, Gideon looked through the window and said "Yes! My plan to destroy Dipper once and for all is working!"
