Failed!

The sun is setting. At the park you can see 5 youngsters near a tree. Three of them have unnatural colored hair.

*I'm kind of tired asking!*

Yusuke said madly, *I will not go with you. Geez, at least tell us Botan what this all about! Tell pacifier breath that I have to pass this time. Keiko is waiting. She will introduce me to her friends.*

Botan turned to the other three and said, *If Yusuke can't go then I'll make an excuse for him. The three of you will go with me.*

But then, Kuwabara objected because he is really not in the mood to go.

* That's unfair! Shizuru will surely scold me if she found the house empty. Nowadays, thieves are breaking in empty houses. Besides, no one will feed Eikichi. Poor cat!*

He apologized and bowed down before Botan. Then the two started to walk away.

Hiei remarked, *Hn, pathetic frightened ningens when it comes to women.*

Botan suddenly walked to him.

Crossing her arms she told him, *As if you're not! Hmp! You are even afraid to tell Yukina the truth.*

Hiei instantly unsheathed his sword and pointed it to Botan.

Before anything could happen, Kurama commanded them from afar, *Enough!*

Hiei and Botan looked at him and sure thing, he was serious. But another soft voice interrupted the three of them.

*Shuuichi!*, a lady called with long brown hair that is now approaching him.

*Hn*,

Hiei vanished instantly infront of Botan who looks sorry for what she said. She is blaming herself for she failed bringing at least the three. Failed!

It's hard controlling your emotion when you are so much tired from work. You can easily be swayed by your moods; besides, what's wrong when all you wanted to do is finish off your work right away and rest.

Meanwhile, from afar, Kurama waited for the lady.

*They asked me to look for you here.*

Acknowledging her, Kurama mentioned her name, *Maya*

She smiled at him and he smiled as well. Kurama told her to go ahead.

She nodded and commented, *Ahm, so she is your companion. I could not even guess she is with you.*

Then she left them.

Kurama went to Botan and patted her.

He whispered, *I need to discuss things with you.*

She just nodded at him.

Unexpectedly, he held her wrist but there is gentleness on that. Before she realized it, they are in front of a bench. They both smiled at each other and sat.
