Sam and Dean quit hunting for a little bit to make some money, so they make up a fake Medical degree for Sam and Dean decides he wants to be a porter so he doesn't have to be near the snobby doctors

Prologue

Sam and Dean decided to make some money by posing in a hospital Sam as a Doctor and Dean as a Porter because Dean did not want to deal with the rich snobby think they know best because they have a degree doctors.

Dean wants to live in Toronto Ontario because the beer is stronger, Sam agreed so he and Dean drove 'Baby' all the way down the road just near their new home
