Fear is strong in me
I wish it wasn't you see
I'd rather be courageous and brave
than be afraid any day.
They say fear shows you are brave
but I say it's a way to hide behind
your insecurities and nightmares
that's not okay!
The Boogeyman was created by fear
and you always know when he is near
a chill down your spine
an empty feeling inside
are all sure signs
that's he's there
and you better run and hide!
Nightmares at night
make you wanna flight
they scare you to the point
where sleeps not all right
Instead of being afraid
and giving power to him
LOOK FEAR IN THE EYE AND SAY
YOU'RE NOT AFRAID OF IT!
