Disclaimer: As you all know, I do not own CCS. If I did, I wouldn't be able to have made it past the first episode and all you ppl would neither be writing CCS fics, nor reading them.
My first CCS.. Since this site is used mostly by ppl who are used to the American schooling system, I will use that instead of the Japanese one.. Oh, and prepare for a major headache, as I'm all about details and slow w/the plot..
She was beautiful. Her short auburn hair, glistening and bathed in sunlight, was pulled back in a white bow that covered what little length of ponytail she had. Loose strands of hair framed the delicate face that so resembled a fairy. Her face was lovely – full, wide lips, a square set jaw, and plump cheeks that glowed a pleasant roseate. Creamy, clear skin contrasted with the pink of her cheeks, yet it's color was never referred to as pale. Her eyebrows were beautifully arched and her lashes were long and fringed, casting shadows below her eyes. But of all her lovely features, it was her eyes that outshone them all. Her eyes were the windows of her heart and soul, mirroring whatever was going on there perfectly. As this was there job, her eyes often spoke of fields freckled in flowers of the late spring, told of the depths of the deepest ocean, and put shame to the most radiant gem you ever came across in serendipity. Her eyes shimmered with an inner beauty, flowing from her gentle nature and fiery spirit and spreading to accentuate everything about her
But she seemed unaware of her beauty and the fact that she was looking through binary emeralds. This added to her personality, and created a naturalness to her stunning features. She was an adventurous spirit; little did she care about the beauty of her appearance and much of the optimistic way of the youth was carried in her being. She was carefree and often unsure of herself at times. Perhaps this combination was the cause of her lack to be on time.
Ring! Ring!
Sakura Kinomoto's eyelids flew open. It took her a couple of seconds for her to come to full consciousness, but when she did, she hurriedly leapt out of bed, sending her sheets to fall in a crumpled heap on the floor.
"Kero! Why is my alarm set forty minutes later than when I was supposed to wake up?!" she demanded frantically.
"That would have to do with you literally tripping over the clock in your hurried attempts to make it to school yesterday." The creature stated matter-of-factly.
"Never mind!" she yelled, exasperated at his remark. "I'm going to be late!" and with that being said, she showered, dressed, and ran down the stairs with speed that could almost outwit the Dash Card.
As she soon as she had touched the table, she greeted her father and lay her chopsticks across her bowl, having had finished her breakfast in record time. She snapped on her kneepads and elbowpads, grabbed her bookbag, and headed out the door. She strapped on her roller blades and pushed open the gates to her house.
"Please don't ring, please don't ring," she pleaded as she ran up the street. She caught sight of the school, and picked up a little more speed. Sakura slammed open the double doors, pulled off her blades, and ran all the way to her classroom.
She slid open the sliding doors and stepped into the room just as the bell rang. "Phew," Sakura sighed in relief.

a/n~ yeah, yeah. I know that I suck at plots. The first chapter didn't have anything special about it.. But I think starting out w/the story embracing the normal things in a series helps the reader feel a little comfortable w/it.. so yeah.. Well, I'm assuming you read the story if you're reading this a/n, so I thank you.. and please review!
