Axel and Lioness Nearing the End of Blackout

The Alpha Teens flew down to the Angel Peak Quarry knocking out Paine's goons in the process.

"I don't remember inviting you to this party." Said Paine.

"It's more our stile to crash it Paine." Said Axel.

"You're just in time for the fireworks with this explosion the meteorite will send a magnetic pulse sending Landmark City back to the dark ages." Smirked Paine evilly.

The Alpha Teens groaned.

"A City without microwaves and videogames?!" asked Shark.

"Can't let that happen." Said Axel.

"And how do you intend to stop me without your precious Jo-Lan?" asked Paine then Axel signalled Lioness and the boys to go invisible.

"By being younger….." started Axel hitting some of the goons.

"…faster…" said Shark jumping over another goon.

"….smarter…" stated Lioness and pulled a lever knocking a truck into Spydah.

(Spydah groans)

"That felt good." Thought Lioness with a grin.

Then Paine jumped on to two other goons.

"And better-looking." Finished King.

Then Paine grabbed a small piece of meteorite.

"The meteorite comes in a handy portable size." Said Paine then he blasted the Alpha Teens. "Imagine all the pain I can cause with this meteorite."

"I CAN SEE I'M GOING TO HAVE TO SEPARATE YOU TWO!" yelled Axel then Axel used a shovel hitting Paine with it as well as grabbing the meteorite.

"Smooth move Axel." Thought Lioness.

"YOU'RE TOO LATE TO STOP THE PULSE MANNING!" yelled Paine.

(Axel gasps)

"Axel!" cried Lioness.

Then Axel jumped over Paine and got to a life with the meteorite on it.

"I CAN'T STOP THE PULSE BUT I CAN STOP YOU!" yelled Axel as he pulled the leaver.

"NO!" cried Lioness with worriless as the explosion went off. "No, no Axel stay alive I can't lose if you die I'd die too I can't live without you." She thought in her head with tears going down her eyes.

Later King and Shark brought Axel up.

"Axel!" cried Lioness as she ran up, hugged Axel, Axel blinked and Lioness pulled away blushing. "Axel the pulse was contained you did it!"

"Where's Paine?" asked Axel.

"Gone." Replied Shark.

Lioness smiled.

"One day you'll find out what happened to your Dad Axel and I will help you." Lioness thought with a small smile.

Later after telling Hawk to not talk to her for a week Lioness went to Axel.

"Axel I was worried I'd lose you." She said hugging Axel.

"No one can get rid of me that easy." Replied Axel. "You worry a little too much."

"Because you mean the world to me." Replied Lioness.

"Good enough for me." Replied Axel.

"Me too." Smiled Lioness nothing mattered to her except Axel.
