She's my cherry pie

Cool drink of water, such a sweet surprise

Tastes so good, make a grown man cry

Sweet cherry pie

"And here she is!" The announcer cried. "Former Divas champion, Lydia Myers!"

A slim brunette strutted down the ramp, clad in tight jeans and a red crop top with Converse leading all the way up to her knees. Her chocolate brown locks flowed down her chest in waves, a section of it pinned back. She smirked at all the cheering she got as she entered the ring, cracking her back as she stood in a corner.

Another song started playing and Lydia turned around to see AJ Lee skipping down the slope, her catchy tune echoing through the speakers placed around the arena. Lydia's smirk grew wider, flipping her hair over her shoulder as AJ slid into the ring, a determined look on her face.

"These two have definitely been at each other's throats this past week." The announcer gossiped. "AJ won the Divas championship from Lydia after pulling a cheap shot. It's really riled Lydia up."

"It sure has." Lydia muttered to herself.

The bell rang for the match to be started, and the two girls stared at each other before AJ rushed in and knocked Lydia to the mat with a clothesline. That fired Lydia up and she ran towards the champion, hooking her right leg around AJ's and jerking her appendage backwards, sending AJ to the floor. The match continued like this; with continuous clotheslines, suplexes, DDTs and an almost Black Widow. But Lydia was standing strong and she managed to wear AJ down, smirking at the champion who was swaying on her feet.

Lydia climbed up onto the top rope and waited for AJ to turn around. As soon as she did, Lydia flung herself off the rope, legs first, and hooked her knees over AJ's shoulders. When the other female didn't go down, Lydia extended her body, wrapped her arms around AJ's knees and tugged harshly, flooring AJ onto her back. Lydia rolled upwards, pulling AJ's legs off the mat and sitting on her stomach.

"Here we go with Lydia locking in her finisher; the Candy Crush!" The announcer exclaimed.

The referee slid in and slammed his hand on the mat three times, the bell signalling that Lydia had won. Lydia grinned, letting go of AJ and jumping off her weak form, throwing her hands up in victory.

This is quite a terrible start to my fic, but I've hit a brick wall with where I should continue after this. It's set in 2014, but I have no clue as to whether I should set the next chapter weeks before Seth's betrayal or maybe a few days before. Which is I want you, the readers, to decide. For maybe a week or so, I want the viewers to vote on my story if they want it set in around January-February time OR at the end of May (just a little before Shield vs Evolution falls count anywhere match). Please vote and maybe in a week, I'll tally all the votes and then write the next chapter with the winning setting. Thanks for reading!
