Zara was packing up to head to her new job. She was lucky enough to have been referred by a tv writer friend to the WWE. Her dream job. Leaving her old life was hard but, it was time for a fresh start. She had no one now and, it was time to move on. Life as she knew it changed in the blink of an eye. Now was her time to shine and start over fresh.

Over the course of the past month, her brother had protested her leaving. Zara knew it was only because he wanted her to stay because of his drug addiction and to constantly beg for money. They were never close even as children. Her mother was gone now so there was no reason for her to stay in the little town anymore. She didn't think anyone would miss her anyway. Her mother had passed away a year ago and staying in the family home was just lonely and depressing. Her mom was loved by everyone. Zara, on the other hand, was a writer and kept to herself with no close friends to speak of. Since her mother was gone no one made the effort to make contact with her anymore. Not even the little family she had left.

Zara was primarily a fiction and TV writer. Her dream was to write. She had an opportunity to write for a few reality shows a few times that finally got her foot in the door to the entertainment industry over the past few years. Zara always found it funny that people believed those reality shows were all real. She also had mild success in romance fiction with a few of her books being published.

On the side, she wrote fanfiction for fun. Mostly about celebrities and TV shows she liked. She especially loved writing about wrestling and movie stars. It was her secret guilty pleasure. It was one of her short fanfiction stories that got her the dream job. Written like a script, it was about the wrestler Triple H as Thor God of Thunder. She always thought he looked like Thor and, his sledgehammer, fit body, and long blonde hair confirmed it. Vince and Shane Mcmahon loved her creativity and her boldness by placing a fun fanfiction story attached to her resume'. It really made her stand out and they got a real kick out of it. She got hired quickly without ever meeting them in person. Only Skype interviews and phone calls.

After a long ten hour drive to her new job, Zara was exhausted. It was about midnight and, her eyes were starting to get heavy. She made it to Stamford, Connecticut where her new job would start. Too tired and hungry to look for a hotel she pulled into the supermarket parking lot that was about to close. Looking like a homeless person living in their car from all the boxes she brought with her. She still had to find an apartment why meeting her new bosses and, working. She quickly realized maybe just packing up and leaving without a plan wasn't such a good idea. She should have planned ahead a little better but, was too excited about the opportunity to even think about it.

Zara grabbed her purse and went into the store. A few cars were around the parking lot. Walking around through the grocery store aisle she grabbed a bottle of water and a sandwich from the deli area. "Gross, yesterday's ham sandwiches. Nothing fresh out at this hour. Whatever. It's food." A man walked up next to her with his head covered with a hoodie. Looking at the food. He gave Zara a creepy feeling. She walked away fast and headed to the checkout. She noticed another man acting sort of shady outside by the store doorway as well. "Great. Creepers. Forget it, Zara. You're just freaked out cause you're tired and this is a new town."

"Miss, you ready for check out? We're closing," the clerk said.

"Oh, ya. Sorry." She paid for the food and headed back to the car. The creepy man was now gone. She got in the car and threw her food on the dash. Before she could get a hold of the door it was ripped from her grip. The two hooded men were standing by the door over her. Zara looked up and screamed, "HELP!"

"Shut up bitch! Give me the purse!"

"No! It's all I have. Please."

The man hit her with the gun that he pulled had out of his pocket. He grabbed her purse. "Here you bastard, take it!" She grabbed her head were he hit her feeling the bump grow.

"What else you got? Pills, dope?"

"No! I don't do that stuff!"

The other smaller man was getting nervous. "Come on man. Ice her. End this bitch. We need to get the fuck out of here!"

"What?! No! Don't kill me. PLEASE!" Zara was terrified.

"Shit! DUDE LOOK!" He grabbed the other man laughing. "Bitch, why you got so much fucking cash in here? Give me your phone too." The man looked in her purse. "Payday!" The guy jumped up and down laughing. All she had. $7800 was her whole savings.

"Do it man. Finish the job. You in or not? Blast her!"

"Fuck. Alright!" The man threw the purse over to the other gang member and pulled the gun again.

"No. Please. You don't have to do this. Just take the money. Just don't kill me." She begged while trying to stay calm.

The man looked around and back to her. A car pulled up with a man yelling to the two men. "Finish it!"

The man turned back, "Lights out bitch." ((BOOM!))

Zara woke seconds later barely able to move. She looked over to the passenger seat seeing blood. "What is that?" She thought to herself. No. It couldn't be. Hair and fragments of her skull. She felt the life draining from her. "Stay awake Za...what...where am I? What happened?"
