The plane vibrated slightly underneath Lily as she sat facing Mark and Cj. In all truths she had been a little doubtful when Mark had presented this insane excursion to her a few months earlier, but as days passed the hardcore rock climber in her won over her caution and she had called in the flight. Lily was quite surprised at the hostility she had received from the Costa Rican government while requesting the flight. It seems a few years back they had some trouble on a few of the other islands on the chain they were heading to. Although after she mentioned she wanted to go to Isla Muerte and not Isla Sorna they relaxed a bit. Isla Muerte is a uniquely shaped island that set it apart and is perfect for rock climbing. As with all the islands in this chain it is volcanic and the sides are eroding into sheer cliffs, but Isla Muerte is the only island with a mountain in the middle of its volcanic crater. In addition to this the mountain is practically straight up on all sides with a huge jungle covered plateau on top.
Mark had not told the other two that they were going to be staying another week on the connecting island Isla Sorna. He guessed they would both freak over it if they knew he was planning to tell them once they landed. It seemed that due to Isla Muerte's volcanic and seismic activity a partial land bridge has extended over to Isla Sorna. It is partially under water and hard to spot by plane so the government hasn't noticed its existence yet. All transportation has been stopped to that island for some odd reason and Mark wanted to know why.
A/N Any ways that's my little teaser I don't know if I'm going to bring in any of M.C.'s characters or not but rest assured more people will be coming. Anyways please review because I have no clue which direction to go with this so please give me some ideas.
