"Alfie, can you push me on the swing, please?"
It was a Saturday morning, and all of the residents of Anubis house had decided to go to the park. Fabian and Nina were having a small picnic, Patricia and Eddie were sitting on the bench planning a prank, and Jerome and Mara were conversing by the pond. Alfie and Amber had decided to go on the swing.
"Okay!" Alfie had responded willingly, before starting to push.
Amber giggled. She loved the feel of the wind in her hair, and she loved feeling as if she was flying. "Higher!" She said laughing.
Alfie obliged, delighted that Amber was enjoying herself.
"Alfie, come here a second!" Called Eddie. He looked over, momentarily distracted.
Amber screamed. The swing had collided with his head.
As Alfie fell to the floor, all of the teens of Anubis house had surrounded him, to see if he was okay.
"Alfie!" Amber cried, leaning over him. He lay on the ground unconscious. "Are you okay?" She peppered his face with kisses, hoping it would wake him up. It did.
Alfie regained conciousness, and was aware of the throbbing in his head. It wasn't serious. It would probably just leave a bruise.
"Alfie, are you okay?" Amber had called again, before kissing his cheek and enveloping him in a hug.
"I am now."
Eddie and Patricia were sat on the park bench, planning a new prank. Patricia wasn't sure about it at first, but she realised that Eddie was a genius when it came to pranking. They had decided to swap all of the clothes in Alfie's and Amber's wardrobes in the dead of the night, so they wouldn't be seen.
"So, is that the plan?" Eddie asked in a business-like voice.
"That is the plan." Patricia confirmed. Although she wasn't much of a prankster herself, Eddie had loved all of her ideas and suggestions, and took them on board, even if they were really bad. She thought it was sweet.
"I'm only agreeing to work with you on one condition though," he told her, grinning mischievously.
"What?"
"If we pull this off, you have to let me take you on a date? Deal?"
"Deal."
She shook Eddie's hand and he winked at her.
"I brought a mini picnic," Fabian said shyly, showing Nina the basket.
Nina smiled at his cuteness. "Really?"
"Yes, and I got all of your favourite stuff." he replied, holding the basket out toher.
She took the basket, and looked inside. It was full of her favourite food, but there was a small box at the top. Nina picked it up curiously, and opened it.
In the box was a small locket, with the word 'Forever' engraved on the front. Awed, she opened it, and saw that inside was a picture of herself and Fabian hugging, and gazing into each other's eyes. She guessed that the picture was taken by Amber.
Nina threw herself at Fabian. "I love it! Thank you so much!" She said, kissing him passionately.
"No problem," Fabian replied sheepishly. "Now let's eat!"
Mara was sat with Jerome, next to the pond, leaning her head against his chest. She felt so blissed out just by breathing in his scent. He smelt divine...
"What are you thinking about?" Jerome asked suddenly.
Mara smiled. "You."
This made Jerome grin, and Mara saw that some of his hair had flopped over his eyes. It looked so soft. She just wanted to run her hands through it.
"What about me?" Jerome asked curiously.
"How perfect your hair is." Mara replied, brushing his hair out out of his eyes. She ran her hands through it a few times, unable to stop herself.
Jerome closed his eyes. He loved the feeling of Mara's delicate hands in his hair, and she knew it, but then she trailed her finger down his face, and tapped his lips. He playfully bit her finger, making her giggle.
The sound of it was so irresistible that Jerome instantly swept her up in his arms and pressed his lips to hers.
