Hey everyone. This is my first one-shot on DN Angel and my first one shot ever XD so I hope you guys enjoy it and R&R please.

It was another warm and peaceful morning in Azumano. I woke to the sun rays beaming through my window and the birds softly chirping in their nests. I slipped out of my bed and went to look out the window. There was no clouds in the clear blue sky. Children were walking to school while having a laugh and a joke with each other. Today was another perfect day.

I left my window and slowly walked down the stairs, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes. I sat down at the dining room table and turned on the television. The news came on and the same old daily news report comes on. Dark has wrote a warning letter to the police saying he's going to steal his next target at eleven pm tonight. I rummaged through the cupboard for some breakfast and I thought "would I ever get to meet the great Phantom Thief Dark?" I gave out a loud sigh as I sat down again to eat my breakfast. that's when the thought occurred to me. I could go to the museum that Dark will be appearing at and I get to meet him. I smiled at the plan I just came up with and quickly finished my breakfast.

I rushed back to my room and got ready for another school day. I slumped my bag over my shoulder and went out the door, making my way to school. The sky remained the same. Clear blue and cloudless. More children were going to school now. And the birds still sang their morning song in their nests. But I blanked all of that out and thought what I would do when I met Dark tonight.

The day went by quickly, for once and I rushed home to get ready for tonight. I had my dinner and thought the plan over and over again hoping it would go as it should. I looked at the clock every five minutes. Wanting time to go even quicker. I was just too excited.

It was now ten thirty and my parents had gone to bed. I snuck out as quietly as I could. In just half an hour, my dream about meeting Dark would come true. There was a huge crowd outside the museum, also waiting for Dark to fly in and capture his target. I crept behind everyone and the guards. I did it. I was in the museum. Nothing could stop me now. As I tip toed down the corridors I could hear that I was not alone. I stopped looked around me and carried on.

Suddenly I bumped into someone and I thought it was one of the security guards. I thought wrong. There, standing in front of me was a man taller than me with sharp amethyst eyes that can easily pierce into your soul, looking deep into my brown eyes. I went speechless. He was right here in front of me. The thief that I've always been an over obsessed fan girl about. He was actually standing right in front of me.

Phantom Thief Dark.

I saw him smile down at me "hey, how would you like to go on a date with Phantom Dark?" He spoke with a very smooth voice that made my heart skip a beat. "I-I… uh…" I stuttered. I never knew I could actually be this shy before. It was unbelievable. Dark raised an eyebrow, waiting for my answer. I slowly nodded and he smiled warmly.

We both looked into each others eyes. I felt like my legs had turned into jelly because I could feel them wobbling under me. Dark leaned forward and softly pressed his lips against mine. I closed my eyes as I kissed him back. Sparks were flowing through every part of my body, my hair on the back of my neck was standing on end and electricity shot right up my spine.

Dark broke the kiss and kissed the back of my hand and took his leave. I watched him spread his beautiful black wings and fly away. I sighed happily. And I realised.

I've just met the Phantom Thief.
