I set my book down on the couch, and open the door for the impatient knocker.
"FINNICK" I squeal, running into his arms, "What are you doing back so early?"
"Not even the Capitol could keep me away from you, Annie" he whispers, his breath tickling my ear, "Just kidding I got bumped to an earlier train"
I roll my eyes, and he kiss my cheek with a grin.
"Oh hey I got you these"
He pulls a bouquet of pink flowers from behind his back, and hands them to me.
"Oh these are gorgeous Fin" I exclaim, "I have some just like it growing outside"
He scratches the back of his neck sheepishly. "Well...not anymore"
