This is kind of embarrassing, but from the moment I met you I had a crush on you. It was silly, and I never thought anything would come from it, but from the moment you stopped me on the stairs I thought regularly about your lips. And your hair. And, you know, your body in general.

I sang Teenage Dream to you (and I know you knew it was to you) without even thinking, but afterwards I was worried I had scared you off. But we had coffee and you were so adorable, then your facade slipped and I caught a glimpse of that little boy underneath who just needed a friend. I became your mentor and you came to rely on me, but what you didn't (don't) know is that I became dependant on you for comfort as well- just hearing your voice made me smile.

You don't know this, but I would annoy Wes at night with my constant descriptions of your eyes until he would throw a pillow at me or go escape to David's room, where he would rather sleep on the floor than be kept awake by me. Because - and it seemed everyone figured this out before me – I was falling in love with you and I couldn't stop thinking about you.

Then one day I received some bad news and you found me staring blankly at a book in my room. And you didn't need to do anything but give me a hug and I was fine. And you didn't need to ask what was wrong or anything because it didn't matter.

And when I'm upset, and you hug me, it's not that I don't want you to hug me- any contact with you is good contact. It's just that I really want you to kiss me because even though hugs helped, I'm pretty sure kissing you would solve all of my problems.
