Molly looked down at the invitation in her hands. It was an invitation to a high school reunion. She dreaded going. Everyone would be there flaunting their success and their boyfriend, husbands, and children. She has a successful job, but everyone would be nagging 'Mousy Molly' about her lack of boyfriend.

"Molly, I'm using your bedroom again." Sherlock said.

"That's fine, Sherlock." Molly sighed. Not like she could stop him.

She decided to go because it would be a good opportunity to catch up with everyone from her class. She packed a bag and caught a cab in the morning to Cardiff and checked into her hotel.

"Mousy Molly Hooper! Oh my goodness it's been ages!" A blonde woman hugged her.

"Allison, great to see you." Molly said awkwardly.

"Did you bring anyone with you? I brought my David with me."

"No. It's just me. By myself." Molly replied. In a room of people who didn't even like her. Why was she here again?

After the sixteenth person called her 'Mousy Molly' and showed off their accomplishments, Molly had enough. She called for help.

"Hello?"

"Sherlock, I need your help."

"What's wrong?"

"I need you to call me in ten minutes and pretend you need me at work. I have got to get out of here." Molly said.

"Okay."

Sherlock looked down at Molly's coffee table and saw the invitation. People were probably annoying her about her relationship status. He had a better idea to spare her the embarrassment than calling her.

It had been twenty minutes and Sherlock had not called yet. Molly was irritated.

"There you are, Molly. I decided I would come meet your old classmates anyway. That's what boyfriends do." Sherlock kissed her cheek.

"Molly, you actually got a boyfriend?"

"Why wouldn't Molly have a boyfriend? She is very beautiful." Sherlock said.

"Sherlock, can I speak to you in private please?" Molly asked.

"Sure thing, love." Sherlock said and followed Molly to an empty hallway.

"Sherlock, what are you doing here?" Molly asked.

"I'm helping you." Sherlock replied.

"By pretending to be my boyfriend? Do you know how much I always wanted this? None of these people liked me in school. If they find out I'm lying it will get worse." Molly felt like crying.

"Who said I was pretending?"

"Um, last time I checked, we were not together." Molly said.

"We could be. If that's what you want, but I'm going to warn you that I'm not good with boyfriend stuff." Sherlock said.

"I have never expected that from you, so I don't see it as a problem." Molly kissed him sweetly. "Now, come on. You may deduce anyone you like."

"It's Christmas!" Sherlock smiled.
