Title says it all. The first part "She will be loved" is the title of a Maroon 5 song. It made me think about this fic. This is of course a Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants fan fic. Kostos has a friend of his check up on Lena in college.
"I can't stay for long!" Kostos announced to his friend Alec as he rushed into the yard, "I was in the area and I just had to stop by. I hear you're going to the states for University. University of Virginia right?"
Alec nodded.
"Its supposed to be a good school. I have a friend who goes there. Well she isn't my friend any more. I was hoping you'd check on her without letting her know you are a friend of mine. She and I had a messy break up because of the pregnancy thing. I could have handled it much better."
"I'll see if I can find her."
"Here is a picture of her," Kostos told him handing it to him, "It is a few years old, but I doubt she's changed too much. She will still be recognizable. Be careful with it, and please sent it back to me when you have found her. Its all I have left to remember her by."
"What is her name?"
"Lena Kalgaris."
"Lena Kalgaris," Alec repeated as he wrote her name down on a note pad, "I'll do my best."
"She can't know I asked you to do this. She hates me enough already. Good luck and thank you," Kostos stood up, shook Alec's hand and got back in his car.
