So I've had this fanfiction in my head for a while and just had to write it. It is totally pointless, but funny. It wonders what everyone's relationship would be with each other if Lorelei and Luke got married and Jess and Rory. Come on, was anyone else besides me wondering about this?
Takes place in season 3 after Rory and Dean break up but before Jess began having all those issues with dating and actually treating Rory horribly. Takes place at Luke's diner.

"So just a random thought, what if I married Luke and you married Jess?" wondered Lorelei out loud to her daughter at Luke's diner.
Rory choked on her coffee. "Since when were you dating Luke?" she sputtered.
"It's hypothetical."
"Really?"
Rory shot her mother a weird look. "No I'm not dating Luke!" Lorelei yelped, scared of the look her daughter was giving her. Half of the diner looked over to her and once they realized it was Lorelei yelling they went back to their breakfast without a thought. After all, it was Lorelei Gilmore yelling.
"Alright, I believe you." Said Rory, sipping her coffee.
"What was all that yelling coming from here." Asked Luke, who had just showed up at their table to take their orders. "And why are you not dating me?" he teased, enjoying Lorelei struggle for words.
Rory piped up. "We were discussing what would happen if I married Jess and you married Mom."
"I don't want to know." Luke said before stomping off.
"Hey Luke, you forgot to take our orders!" yelled Lorelei.
They heard a grunt come from the kitchen and assumed Luke and gotten the message.
"So what were you thinking?" asked Rory.
"Well," Lorelei started. "If I married Luke that would make Jess my nephew and I would become Aunt Lorelei to him. However if you married Jess, he would technically be my son-in-law."
"So continue, I've fascinated." Said Rory sincerely.
"So what would we be if you married Jess and I married Luke? Would he be my nephew or son-in-law?"
"This is a conundrum. What would you want him to be?" Rory responded. "Wait stop, I don't want to hear that answer.
"And here is the really scary part. If I married Luke he would be your step-father and you his stepdaughter. Since Jess is now his nephew and my nephew, he would be your first cousin!"
"GROSS!" screamed Rory, thinking of all the time they spent making out.
"I know right, so like you and Jess would be first cousins." Stated Lorelei. "But however, that is okay. Queen Victoria married her first cousin and everything was fine."
Rory looked like she wanted to kill her mother. But Lorelei being Lorelei continued. "And your kids will be siblings but also second cousins! Isn't that weird! And any kids that Luke and I have will be your sibling, Jess's whatever in law, and Jess's first cousin!"
Needless to say, Rory was unable to look at Jess for a week because of what her mother said.
