The beginning:
It was a calm day on the Pridelands, except for the agonizing screams that were coming out of the royal den.
Nala was giving birth to her and Simba's cubs, with the help of Rafiki and her mother Sarafina.
Simba couldn't stop pacing around, even if Tojo, Menelik and his mother were trying to calm him.
After many hours, they finally heard the tiny cry of the first newborn (because they were twins) and the heir to the throne was born and a few minutes later another tiny one was heard.
Simba hurried inside the den to be greeted by the most amazing sight: Nala was laying on the floor with to furry balls in her paws.
As Simba came closer he nuzzled Nala and he took a closer look at his cubs: The male had a golden fur (like his father) aqua blue eyes and a tuff of light brown hair o his forehead and the female had Nala's creamy fur and sapphire blue eyes.
As the others entered the den, Tama and Amani came closer and asked "What were their names?"
Simba looked at Nala, they haven't talk about baby names.
Suddenly Simba felt a light breeze and heard his father's voice, he was saying a name "Kopa"
"What about Kopa for the boy?" said Simba.
"Kopa sounds perfect!" said Nala.
Suddenly Nala heard Mufasa's voice saying "Alani".
What about, for our little princess, Alani? asked Nala.
I love it! said Simba, and all the pride agreed.
Since that day the Prideland had new heirs: Kopa and Alani.
