It's a clear, warm, sunny day wherever they've landed. Birds are chirping, kids are outside laughing and playing, mothers and fathers are chatting over the fence. There's not a cloud in the sky.

So why they're all stuck inside the TARDIS is beyond Colbie. The Doctor said it was to 'explore' or something, but she doesn't see why they can't explore outside. On a day like this, not much, if anything, can go wrong. She's been alone for a few hours when she finds herself – finally – near a bathroom. She steps in, flicks the lights, shuts the door, jerks back the shower curtain out of pure force of habit, and screams.

"Shhh!" The Doctor shushes her from his spot on the floor of the tub, flailing his arms wildly. Colbie quirks an eyebrow from her spot where she collapsed against the wall, hand still over her wildly-beating heart.

"What are you doing in there?" She hisses, standing up straight and fixing her t-shirt.

"What are you doing out there?" The Doctor counters. Colbie raises an eyebrow again.

"I asked first." She says.

"I asked second," He retorts. Colbie sighs.

"Well this is just childish." She flicks the shower curtain closed again, ignoring his yelp, and says, "You stay there and... Cover your ears. No peeping." From behind the curtain comes a huffed 'Fine' and Colbie nods curtly. She does what she needs to and squirts a bit of hand sanitizer into the palm of her hand. Pulling the curtain back again, she raises an eyebrow at the Doctor.

"Explain." She says, crossing her arms across her chest and leaning against the wall. The Doctor sighs.

"Amy is cross with me for some reason or another. I'm hiding." He says. Colbie snorts.

But then footsteps thunder down the hall and the Doctor lets out a very un-manly squeal. He grabs Colbie's wrist, yanks her toward him, and jerks the curtain shut. It's just settling back into place when the bathroom door bangs open.

"Doctor!" Shouts Amy's voice. From what Colbie can tell, the Scottish girl is very cross. Cross enough to hit something. And probably break it. And when Amy is this cross, she's scary (Colbie shudders as she remembers the time a boy in the park called Rory a name and Amy got so mad, she punched the boy and broke his nose).

So Colbie leans against the side of the tub with the Doctor as Amy's footsteps crash away. "How long have you been here?" She asks finally.

"Four. Hours!" The Doctor whines, leaning his head on her shoulder. "I've never been more cramped in my entire life – and that's a long time. She just keeps coming back every time I try to leave!" Colbie giggles, then shuts up as Amy's footsteps roar by again, accompanied by her voice.

"Doctor! Doctor! Doc. Tor!"

"Got anything to read?" Colbie asks, sensing that they're going to be there for ages.
