Bart Simpson was standing on stage at Springfield Elementary, the whole school was watching, with him on stage were Nelson Muntz who was behind him with a drum set and drumsticks, Jimbo Jones was on Nelson's right with a keyboard, on Bart's left was Milhouse Vanhouten who had a guitar in hand, Bart was holding a microphone, he looked at the audience "yo what's up everybody!?"he yelled, the crowd roared in excitement "I know school sucks, let's make this day awesome!, on three guys, 1...2...3!"said Bart, Nelson started drumming, Jimbo started using his keyboard and Milhouse used his guitar, Bart sang 'dont you worry child'

Bart: There was a time, I used to look into my father's eyes

In a happy home, I was a king I had a golden throne

They finished, the crowd started applauding, yelling compliments and Bart could swear he saw a few girls writing their phone numbers on pieces of paper and throw them on stage, Nikki ran up to him and kissed him, he and Nikki walked off with Nelson, Jimbo and Milhouse who were being chased by a hoard of fans.

Hey guys, was listening to the song and thought, I can totally see Bart singing this on stage with Nelson, Milhouse and Jimbo, I put Nikki in because I thought it felt right for them to be in love, btw when Bart's singing the parts about a first heartbreak and a girl of a different kind he meant Nikki and I don't own the song though in this fanfic Bart and the others wrote it, this is a one shot, may be more chapters if this has over 100 views, see ya next time!
