"The sky is beautiful today" I whispered silently to myself staring back with a weak smirk.
"So much warmth from the Sun," I weakly whispered to myself.
This felt like the longest time since I seen the sky. For the first time in wet month of May, the sky was as clear , as clear as the blue wide ocean.
"NOOOO!,-D-ei-DRA!"I remembered hearing as I felt myself losing balance and started to fall backwards towards my doom. The pain at that time felt so excruciating. It is even starting to rush back now to me. The simplicity of how one day can go very wrong.
As I continued to descend towards the concrete below, I started to think slowly with regret.
"This is what actual regret feels like to a person. A person who has cheated their way through life and suffers the harsh consequences" I slowly recalled as it entered my mind at through this moment of ultimate discomfort.
"Oww!" as I slightly winched at pain as I touched my side.
"The shear pain of it all" I quietly said while touching my side. I weakly looked at my hand; a dark red liquid had smudged onto my hand from my wounded side.
I continued to fall further into what felt like a bottomless dark pit below. Clouds flew slowly into my view.
"The clouds look like islands in Ja-p-aa-n" as I started to think more weakly as my descend became more quiet.
I felt myself passing windows , I hear different voices in the distance. Some sounds of screams and shouts, a large crowd had gathered below my wounded body. Panic was most of the sound I hear everywhere around me. As people in the building failed in their attempts of reaching me, I started to cry. Then I felt myself going into a slanted direction further towards the ground.
"My safety net is now gone" I continued in my trace of thought as I continued to cry. I continued to stare at the cloudy sky.
"Why Me?" I thought again to myself."Why!"
I thought this was my last chance to see it, the clear blue and the wispy clouds above, as I felt the cool wind brush my face.
My life flashed before my eyes.
"What would my family would be doing without me?" I thought once more quietly.
"Good bye sweet World," I said quietly again shutting my tear filled eyes.
My vision started to fray as my eyes started to close slowly. In my state of disbelief, I had failed to release a darken figure heading towards me blocking my view from the precious and pure sky. I then felt arms grasping me around my waist. His white masked figure approaching me from above as God has sent an angel from heaven just for me.
"Ttt-hh-an-kk Y-o-uu" I stuttered softly to this heroic figure.
I suddenly felt safe again. Like my safety net as returned to my rescue.
"Falling to your death is not bad, I think?"I thought silently.
I smiled once again and then my vision went dark again.
A few seconds later, I felt myself stop a few inches from the ground. The sound of shuffling footsteps and the warmth of someone cuddling me close. I slightly overheard someone close by screaming for help. Then everything went dark again.
That's all I remembered from that moment expect the sky was extremely clear that day with the sun shining bright.
