I was leaning against the banister as I watched my family. Everyone was dancing. Alice with Edward, Bella with Emmett, and Esme with Carlisle. Only Rosalie was missing; doing who knows what upstairs. Just as I thought of her she walked down the stairs and sat by my feet.
"Hey Jazz," she murmured just loud enough for me to hear.
"Hey Rose," I greeted her. I could feel the emotions around her. She was happy. Good. That was the way it should be.
She looked up at me grinning. "Wanna dance?" she asked.
"Sure Rose," I told her walking out to the open floor. She followed me.
I danced all night, though not just with Rose. I had my turn with Alice, Bella, and Esme as well. I even danced a slow song with Edward at the request of Emmett.
The night was winding down and Alice insisted on one last slow song. Partners only. The song Forevermore by Side A came on. The lyrics filled my ears and if I could cry I think I just might've.

This song seemed to be made for us. Alice rested her head on my chest as we swayed in the late night. I knew, now, that this is where I wanted to be forever more. In her arms.
