Author's Note: Here's a cute little one shot that I came up with when I went to see Marilyn Manson in concert with my boyfriend. I hope you enjoy.

Manson On A Monday:

Alexander and I arrived at sundown in our gothic garb. Tonight is a night I have been anticipating for a long time. We made our way through the security lines. Alexander gave the guy our tickets and we walked through the gates. We pushed through the groud and made our way to the t-shirt stand. The two of us bought our shirts and pushed our way out.

I looked around, curious as to see what everyone else was wearing. Girls were wearing gorgeous corsets with black leather skirts and fishnets with their combat boots. Guys were looking nice in their black shirts and big baggy black pants. Nobody was noticing, nor caring, what everyone else was wearing. It felt nice not to have to worry about what everyone else was saying about you.

Alexander and I grabbed a bottle of water and made our way to the pit. We showed the girl our tickets. She marked it with a sharpie and gave us neon green bracelets. We walked down the stairs and pushed our way towards the front of the stage. We got as close as we could. A big black curtain was up so no one could see what the stage set up looked like. The lights dimmed and everyoneone started to cheer. Alexander wrapped his arms around my waist and I leaned into him.

The curtain dropped and everyone pushed forward. The roar of cheers got louder. Marilyn Manson came out on stage wearing a black jacket and a strange black hat. The sound of guitars and drums filled the stadium. Girls swooned over the superstar. Friends were dancing with friends, couples were in complete bliss with each others company as if the whole audience was in some kind of trance. It became even hotter in the summer heat and everyone began to sweat. No one cared if someone's sweaty body pushed up against theirs. The occasional fight would break out because of annoying drunks.

Manson's voice was in complete command of the stadium. Everyone listened. The sound of the guitars and the beat of the bass of the drums filled my body. I held on to Alexander tightly and it seemed like me and Alexander was the only two in the crowd. In awe, I continued to watch the concert. No one was going to ruin this night for me. Not even Trevor. Tonight was mine and Alexander's night. No one else mattered.

The concert went by quick. Manson sang his last song. Alexander and I watched in amuesment as everyone was fighting over the guitar picks. We followed the crowd out to the parking lot and found the Mercedes. We got in the car and waited for the long line of traffic to ease. We talked about what we liked and disliked about the concert. We talked about the funny drunks and the annoying crowd surfers. I stole some kisses occasionaly and we continued to wait.

An hour and a half later, we were able to pull out. He merged the car into the line of traffic and we made it out of the parking lot. The two of us rode home in silence. I closed my eyes and relaxed. Slowly, sleep consumed me. Before I knew it I was home. Alexander and I exchanged our good night kisses and parted for the night, knowing I would see him at sunset. I went straight to bed. I curled up under my blankets and got comfortable. I slowly fell asleep. That night I was dreaming about what grand adventure Alexander and I will have.
