AN: Just a short drabble; not much else to say really… except that the pairing is Jinoa [Jin/Toa (Now all we need is a Dragonaut archive.)
The first time they had clasped hands had been enough. And he knew.
Jin already knew.
It didn't matter if she was human or not. It didn't matter at all because he was honestly, deeply in love with her.
And how could he not be?
She had come for him; she had tried to erase his loneliness. She had been there as no one else had ever been.
And in her eyes…
There was nothing but love (because Jin had already banished her own loneliness and sorrow).
Jin loved Toa... would always love Toa.
There hands fit together perfectly. Jin's larger one clasping Toa's smaller one with their fingers entwined, hers soft and his calloused but together.
Because they were meant to be.
He would cherish her forever.
Her warm smile was enough to make him fight even when she wasn't there.
Because they were – and always would be – together.
