Very short - part of a Two Shot, both verrry short!
"Remus please?" Sirius called after Remus running behind to try and catch up, Remus stopped and turned around.
"I can't" He said then looked up "I really can't" Remus said then went to run again
"Remus I know where you're going and I know why" Sirius said, Remus stopped frozen on the spot.
"What?" Remus squeaked and turned around
"I know Remus" Sirius repeated "I know" He looked up grey meeting amber.
"How?"
"Remus you disappeared every full moon, you came back with numerous new scars" Sirius reasoned
"Sirius I've got to go" Remus said he was becoming anxious. "Please" He whispered "Please don't tell the others" Remus asked, Sirius shook his head.
"Of course I won't, I never will" Sirius said "Now go, go to the Shrieking Shack, go – I won't tell them. I promise Remus" Sirius said.
Remus nodded then ran off with a tear running down his cheek.
But for the first time it was a tear of happiness.
