(Hey! This is my first fan fiction and I have no idea if I'm doing this right or not, but please rate and review! Quick disclaimer: I don't own adventure time.) Kitty's pov: I am alone in my room, like I always have been. I can not fully enjoy being a princess in the only kingdom with any princesses in Aaa, because no one knows about me no matter how much I know about them. Life is boring and all I want in the world is to be a human adventuress like Fionna the human girl, who I had heard about from the King and Queen before they died. In my kingdom, or, as it's called to everyone here, The Half Kingdom or Animal Kingdom, you are not aloud outside the gates of the village around the castle unless you go in animal form and do not speak to anyone besides other animals. My full name is Kittelle Eye Cat and I am the daughter of two members of the royal council, the place were any royal in the kingdom who didn't become a king or queen would find there place into ruling the kingdom anyway. this happened mostly when the actual king and queen were sick, out as there animals, or dead, however, they were also in charge of training the potential kings and queens. "Maybe I'm thinking about this the wrong way." I said to myself, not realising I said it out loud. "Thinking about what?" said an unfamiliar voice coming from out the only window in the room. I put on my regal voice that I used mostly around the royal counsels elders. "Who goes there?" Suddenly, a cat with unusually long legs walked up to her window and spoke in a slightly annoyed voice, "Cake the cat, and you are?" I gasped at the name and forgot to mention mine. "Y-you aren't s-supposed to be here! Oh wow! Your Fionna's friend aren't you?" "Why, yes." The magic cat said with a smile, no longer annoyed, "Do you know her? Whats your name?" Cake sounded curious at my mention of Fionna. "I'm Princess Cat, but you can call me Kitty if you wan't." I have literally waited my whole life to say that. "Yes, I know of Fionna, but she doesn't know me. You see, I'm stuck in this room." (Sorry its so short. I want to save the next part for the next chapter.)
