Note: I'm not even sure if I ship them or not, but prompts showed up, the inspiration came, and this is what happened. Three short drabbles that I hope you enjoy. The title is boring, but I couldn't think of anything for this! Also, if there are any grammatical errors, please ignore them the best you can, and thank you for reading. (Oh, the parenthesis and brackets at the end of 11 are weird. I understand if it bothers readers. Forgive me.)

Pairing: implied Amorra; sometimes one-sided

Disclaimer: none of these characters are mine. They belong to Bryke.

Blue

3. Beauty –

She was brown all over, yet her eyes, those were a brilliant blue. For a time, he fancies himself infatuated. He thinks it has to do with their shared nationality. But another week and a study of her character has him realizing that she knows not what she fights for. And her ancestry means nothing; she may as well have hailed from the Fire Nation (what did he expect? She's the Avatar: birthplace means nothing except to complete the cycle). Beauty isn't everything – why else would he wear the mask? No one would support his cause if he didn't – no one but him is brave enough to fight the council. No one but him is strong enough to fight the world.

11. Ego –

Her ego is a giant, boisterous bubble, shining out through her eyes and packed behind her every punch. His ego is quiet and silent, killing all who object and all who admire. The way she talks shows her fear of failure; the way he walks shows his dismissal of failure. All may fall at some point or another. Each have yet to learn their lesson. (It will come. And when it does, both will be knocked off their feet.) [Who shall survive this battle?]

23. Puzzle –

He smells of ash, dirt, some sort of powder, and . . . hmmm - snow. Or is it the ocean? She wonders about that, but it never really clicks until Tarrlok explains it all. With a start, she finds she should have seen it from the beginning. Disappointed in herself, she realizes that she's not as clever as she likes to think. Well, she'll just have to figure out a way around her flaw. She always does.
