On May 10th, 2012 a man in his 30's called Bob was at the pub drinking too many pints and had got drunk and realised that he too much to drink and wasn't feeling too good and started to feel a bit dizzy. The man then collapsed and had blood all over his face. What caused it to happen? The landlord saw the man go down and went over to the phone to call the police who came to the scene with the forensic team to identify the body. Whilst the investigation was in progress, an ambulance had to be called out as the man felt unconscious and was shaking violently. The police didn't appreciate this, so an ambulance had to be called out to the scene. When the ambulance arrived at the scene, the man was still shaking violently and had to be taken to hospital where he was being treated for injuries and had to undergo surgery on his face.

Back at the pub, the remaining customers were a bit frightened and shocked and had shocked facial expressions on their faces. The police started questioning the customers to see if they had any information and to find out if there were any witnesses at the scene. The police managed to find some suspects and had to take them down to the local police station for investigation and to get any breathalyzer tests. Some suspects showed that they had no limit on them, but one of the suspects had exceeded the drinking limit and was completely drunk. The police let the others go but kept the one that was drunk in the police station for questioning. The suspect had then been taken to a police cell where they remained there in custody for a while and had been charged for going over the limit and for drunken disorderly.

Back at the hospital, Bob had to attend theatre for emergency surgery for his injuries but shortly after the surgery had occurred, the man was still unconscious, still shaking and had to be kept in hospital for a few weeks. After the surgery, the man had returned to his ward but shortly passed away in hospital. His family was informed and they weren't too pleased.

The suspect that was held in custody was then sent to court for a hearing and was charged for murder and was sentence in prison for life and was ordered to do at least 250 hours unpaid work and wasn't allowed to return to the pub until further notice as punishment for their actions.
