hi guys, this is just a one shot that popped into my head the other day. Please review!
It was a nice enough day at Ouran Academy. The sky was cloudy, but the sun shone between the clouds, giving off a halo effect. But even with the weather being so nice, life at the Academy was not.
In fact, according to some of he more dramatic students, the world could spontaneously combust and life would still be better.
Why?
The doors to Music Room 3 were closed.
A sign on the door read that they were closed temporarily for private reasons.
Inside, the club was cosplaying. They were completely suited up-quite literally.
The theme was medieval times, and they were-in one of the most cliche ways possible-knights. In very, very shiny armor.
The reason they were closed? Haruhi.
She was sitting dully on the couch. She moved only to blink. Her hair was mussed up, and her eyes had lost all their usual spark.
All the hosts gathered around her. They were unable to rouse her, and it worried them.
Tamaki couldn't annoy her out of her funk.
Hikaru and Kaoru couldn't game her out.
Hunny couldn't cake her out.
Mori was unable to wait her out.
And Kyoya couldn't even fine her enough. Nor, I might add, did he have the heart to.
She wouldn't tell them what was wrong. She didn't even give them the joy of an insult-for the club believed insults would be better than this.
After about an hour, she rose and stepped into the ladies room. Oh, Haruhi, do you have common sense?
The club was upon her bag in an instant. They burrowed through the books until they got to the bottom.
"Alright, she must have gotten a bad grade. I cannot allow my daughter to silently suffer like this. Doppelgängers, go to work!"
Ten minutes later, Haruhi returned to find her things strewn about the room. The boys were huddled around-"Crap,"- her bag. And there were pink and purple sparkly things scattered about them.
Hikaru was puzzling over something that looked a bit like a Nerf dart with a tail.
"Haruhi," he asked,"what is this? And what's it for?"
The club emerged half an hour later, the boys looking like they might vomit, Haruhi looking pleased with herself.
As she passed them, Tamaki whispered to Kyoya and the twins, "I am so glad I don't pay attention in health class."
Hunny popped up. "Tama-chan, what's menstruation mean?"
Tamaki gagged. Kyoya, who had been the only one unfazed, answered for him. "Hunny, the school has excused you from health class to preserve your innocence. I will do the same, and not tell you the answer to that question. I will, however, give you some cake Fuyumi baked."
Kyoya's sister was an excellent baker. Kyoya made a mental note to have her teach the club about girls and their biology.
Cake did, after all, soothe one's pains. Even Haruhi's.
Hahaha so that's it. With this story I can now beta read people. If you need a beta reader, you know whee I am. Please review!
im sorry for the plot twist, but I couldn't help it, I just HAD to do it.
