Kankri was sitting on the sofa in the Ampora's' hive, reading a book while Cronus sat on the floor, trying to remember how a song he had learnt recently went.
He recalled he wanted to sing it to Kankri, to ask him if he wanted to go to the next step of the matespritship experiment they were into.
Once he found the right tune his face lit up.
"Hey chief, can I play you this song?"
Kankri looked up to him. "Sure. Is it a song you heard from the humans?"
"Yeah, I've just learnt it.. and I wanted to dedicate it to you." said Cronus, a faint blush coloring his cheeks.
He gave a stroke to the chords to give the start, capturing Kankri's full attention.
He sang looking in the red sweatered troll's eyes, as if he was talking to him:

Kankri's face flushed in a dark shade of red and and he looked down smiling, but he didn't interrupt him.

Kankri let Cronus finish the song, not sure what to do about this obvious confession. The Aquarius took matters into his hands, tending his hand to Kankri when he finished singing.
"Will you let me hold your hand then?" he said smiling, that cheeky smirk that gave Kankri butterflies to the stomach.
He simply giggled and gave him his hand not having to think twice.
