Actually, that was the only fight they have ever had as the others were mostly disagreements over small-everyday issues. Honestly, she preferred it that way. Less things are ruined because of those and she also knows how to stop them. She wonders for the umpteenth time that how he would have handled it. Would he have transformed into a wolf or resolved it all in his human form only. Picking up the lamp Hana is pretty sure it's the former for this one.
It scares her a little, how fast her children are growing up. All set to go their separate ways. If it was upon her then she would just lock them up with herself forever. But real life doesn't work that way. You get early deaths and ugly fights as treats here and there.
Yuki comes to her then, helping her gather everything. After a minute spent in silence she mumbles an apology while trying to hold back tears. Hana takes her into her arms and soothes her, saying it's alright. Ame gets there then and as Hana and Yuki break apart he lets out a simple sorry and starts working on the rumpled mess of everything. Hana pulls him in too and as the three of them hug, she smiles as their father looks upon them from the top shelf.
