Out Of The Blue
Before men
Before demons,
I was there.
God.
Destroyer.
The world trembled before me,
Bowed down and shook.
I was there,
When chaos reigned,
When mountains crumbled,
Before me.
There was nothing without my leave.
Then darkness.
Then waiting.
Then…
Warmth.
Hollow but holding,
Keeping me together,
My strength returning but…
Warmth.
I am not A god,
I am THE god.
The world should tremble before me
Bow down and shake.
Now chaos reigns no longer.
Fighting to return, though
Champions keep it in check.
I should destroy them.
I should take back what was mine.
But I am diminished.
I have been made small,
Like the voice in my head that says to fight,
With them.
