Steve
Steve used to be easily embarrassed, mostly by dames or innuendo or Bucky's terrible and persistent attempts to find him a date. He used to blush readily. Things have changed . . . somewhat. He's catching the eyes of more women, knows without a doubt that there are any number who would jump at the chance of date without anyone's intervention on his behalf and it's not like he can avoid hearing about a lot more than innuendo now he's serving alongside so many other men. He may not blush as he once did, but that doesn't mean he's any more comfortable with the subjects.
Clint
There are few things in life that can make Clint even remotely embarrassed. Living in a circus and then being 'enlisted' into SHIELD's services, he's long past having a shred of concern about changing in a locker room and people making judgements. He's also past worrying whether anyone thinks he's good enough at his job; he's the best, there's no two ways about it and nothing to bring a blush to his cheeks, no matter who else might be there. There is only one thing that makes him cringe away and hide, a secret only Coulson knows and keeps for him, the secret Coulson carries for him and tries to find ways to help him manage. The burden he carries that comes from his origin as a man who grew up in a travelling circus and who never went to school.
