Author's note:
Hi! I guess I'm kinda bored here at home sometimes, and that's why I made a little story about my kitten, Pio! It's not very long, but I think it is a little funny, maybe you don't think so though... Oh well, if not, that's too bad.
My life as an anthro.
I woke up kind of early, and stretched myself… Oh that's right! Let me present myself; my name is Pio! A simple name, but I like it. And I am a cat anthro. I used to be a normal cat, but then, one day I got picked up by a weird yellow man named Cortex! He used a machine on me, and that's how I became an anthro! And one day, I had to fight against an orange bandicoot… but I ended up being friends with him! I'll tell you how it happened:
I was going trough a corridor in a place named Cortex Castle. Then two of his ugly robot-assistants came and gripped me. I tried to get away from them, but they simply shocked me, and that hurt! They kind of dragged me, to the boss himself, Cortex. He looked at me with critical eyes, before he nodded. I didn't get a thing, and tried to ask, but Cortex just looked at the robots, and they shocked me again, but this time I lost consciousness.
When I woke up again, I found myself in a room with no doors, or windows, or anything. I yawned, and then suddenly, some kind of portal opened, and a bandicoot jumped in! He had a big smile that filled half his face, and he looked kind of stupid. Then a microphone came down from the roof. "Take out that bandicoot, and I'll let you leave Cortex castle!" the microphone said. I didn't believe it, but I slowly walked against the bandicoot. Then he suddenly started spinning around like crazy! I jumped out of the way, but fell on my back. The bandicoot looked down at me with a worried expression. I just couldn't understand what he was thinking, I was dangerous! The enemy! He was not supposed to be worried about me!
Then a picture came from nowhere. The picture was of a blonde bandicoot girl with a pink laptop. "Crash! Just take care of the cat, and get moving!" It said. Crash, huh? What a weird name… almost as weird as mine! I started laughing, and Crash looked at me with a confused expression, before he too started to laugh.
"My name is Pio." I said, and Crash smiled and showed thumbs up. "I guess you can't speak, huh?" I said, before looking at the bandicoot girl again. "Hey, Blondie!" I said. The bandicoot girl looked offended by the name. "I'm no Blondie! My name is Coco. But I guess you're no threat then?" I nodded, "but could you help me get away from here?" Coco nodded, "yup! Just jump into the portal, and I'll transport you and Crash back home!"
When I felt ground under my feet again, I opened my eyes, I had closed them in the portal, because the colours and everything ruined my sight! I thanked the bandicoots, that I now knew was siblings, and went to see if I could find my old home. Unfortunately, I couldn't, so now I live on Island not so far from Coco and Crash.
And that was my story about how it is to be an anthro!
