A girlfriend and her boyfriend had gotten into a car accident but the girl had survived due to her boyfriend stopping and allowing him to be the one to take the hit. He had been hospitalized but was struggling to live. He eventually gave in to death and the girlfriend was left behind with only memories of him, She had learned to become stronger due to how much love and dedication he showed to her. Eventually the girl began to move on but she would never forget the love history she had with him. Then as she began to move forward, saying that someday she will be with him (in heaven).
