hayy guys sorry the first chapter is short its just an intro
Dare to dream.
only for a moment could you see the light of day,
the light so obliviously sharing its rays.
such rays that bring warmth to those who need a ray of hope.
a guiding path, a beacon for all to see and draw wisdom.
What would happen if the world was struck with its chaos,
if that triumphant light was forever removed from our sight.
That light that was always there but only noticed after it was gone,
What would we do then? Are our human minds capable to withstand such a blow to ones persona? Or shall we be the ones to witness the extinction of the thing we need to survive,
hope.
The removal of light was anticipated, but no one could prepare for the reaction.
Why is it that you could blow up a building and no one would care, but as soon as you warn them every one goes wild.
This everlasting struggle of human kind, the dumbwitted nature of our society, this will be the death of me.
What causes total darkness? Does global warming seem to far fetched? I think not. However, lets not take the term darkness literally. We are dealing with a force more powerful than that of global warming,
a darkness of the mind shall reak havoc.
This path of destruction will destroy all but a few rare exceptions.
what is love? lust? attraction? partnership?
Serena was in chemistry daydreaming about nate and the kiss they shared last week when a piece of chalk came flying at her head.
"SERENA VANDERWOODSON, i'm guessing you don't care about the reaction of hydrolic acid and iodine then." Serena had always hated her chemistry teacher Miss Haysworth. "Hydro - what?," Serena asked still oblivious of exactly how she got in this situation. "Oh never mind child." That was all it took for Serena to go back in to her world of daydreams which amusingly contained storys that always included nate with his shirt off, sweeping her off her feet in different situations.
Blair found it amusing to watch Serena daydream, all she needed was a bucket of popcorn and she'd feel right at home. It was kind of wierd that Serena had fallen in love with her ex - boyfriend, which until three weeks ago she thought to be the love of her life. Nate however, was a much better option for Serena than Dan, Blair had been waiting for Serena to cut ties with Dan and you can imagine her joy when it finally happened.
Blair decided she would ask Serena the question that she was almost certain of the answer, but she still hoped for a different answer. "Hayy S, do you want to hang out with me this arvo?" "Sorry i'm hanging out with N, i'm really sorry I could hang out with you." "Have fun, try atleast to keep yourself from drooling." Blair muttered beneath her breath.
Oh I will, Serena thought as she walked towards Nate with open arms.
