I found this sitting on my desktop, and thought maybe some people might like it. Also, if you read that "Not Another High School Fic" I'm abandoning it because I'm lazy and don't really feel like updating it. But you probably realized that after I didn't update it for a few months. If someone wants to adopt it, feel free! PM me though please :]
What Tony loved about watching movies with Ziva, was that when she liked them, she would watch with utmost interest, and when she didn't, she move her interest to him.
He loved that she would never watch a dubbed or subtitled movie with him, as she preferred to translate it herself for him, for the sake of accuracy. He loved that when she did this, she would mimic the tone and pitch of the character almost perfectly, and sometimes act out what was happening with her hands.
He loved that she hated The Notebook, but cried "like an infant" after watching Jennifer's Body.
He loved that when she didn't understand a word, she would ask him what it meant, and then repeat it under her breath for the next ten minutes.
He loved that she knew almost the entire script of The Breakfast Club, but hated all other eighties movies. Okay, so he didn't love that, but he thought it was sort of funny.
He loved that even when it was just the two of them, she always put her phone on vibrate before a movie, to be polite.
He loved that she liked the soundtrack a lot of times better than the movie itself, and would later find out the songs in it, and learn how to play them on the piano.
He loved that one time, when he went to her apartment after work, he found her sitting on the couch, knitting, while watching some movie he had recommended. He loved that she let him stay and finish the movie with her. He loved that she finished what she was knitting, a red scarf, half way through the movie and proceeded to unravel it completely, and then start over with the same thread. He loved that she did this because she knitted to keep her hands busy because her attention span tended to be short in movies. He loved that she thought that this was perfectly normal, and he loved that she insisted on spending the next two hours teaching him to knit.
And he loved that for his birthday, three days before he proposed, she gave him the finished red scarf, saying, "There. Now you have all my attention."
Review because you love me! Or because you hate me :[ I don't care, just do it, eh?
