Here's something I thought of while watching a cooking show on t.v.
Hope you guys get the point wink
"Katara, please," Zuko begged, his voice echoing in the darkness.
"I ca-can't," Katara whispered, her voice shaking.
"Why can't you?" Zuko demanded, holding her shoulders.
"Because this isn't right, Zuko!" Katara shouted at the confused fire prince as she turned around, unable to face him.
"Why isn't this right, Katara?! I'm only asking you this once," Zuko stepped forward, bringing her face to face with him.
"No! We only took our relationship to the next step last week and now you're asking me this!" Katara poked Zuko's chest.
Zuko's eye twitched. He hated being poked and she knew that, yet she didn't stop poking him.
"What the hell does this have to do with our relationship?" He asked, his voice on the edge as he stopped her hand from poking his chest.
Katara gasped.
"This has everything to do with our relationship!"
Zuko was now confused.
"All I'm asking is-"
"I know what your asking, Zuko!"
"If you know what I'm asking, Why are you making such a big deal out of this?!" Zuko asked, his voice containing a hint of desperation. "All I want is for you to lie there and let me do everything! You won't even get hurt!"
"Zuko! I can't believe you're asking me to do this.." Katara whispered as she looked down, her eyes filled with tears.
"You better believe it because I don't offer this to just anyone," Zuko grumbled, acting like a spoiled prince.
"This is wrong, Zuko!" Katara tried to explain. Why was he being so hard-headed? "Only husbands have the right to do that!"
"Oh, and who made that rule up?" Zuko questioned, his eyes filled with anger.
"Me," Katara answered.
"I don't get why you're so sensitive about this. Every one's doing it, even Aang," Zuko stated, walking away. "I don't care if you want to or not—"
"--What?! Aang's having se—"
"--I'm still cooking dinner for you," Zuko declared, looking at Katara as if challenging her to say anything against his decision.
Katara stood still, her jaw on the floor.
"Dinner?" He asked, "You're cooking dinner?"
"Yes, so quit complaining and just lie in you bed while I make dinner," Zuko answered in his "I know everything" tone.
"So that's what you were asking me about? Dinner?" Katara asked slowly, processing the information.
"Ugh. Yes, Katara, D-I-N-N-E-R," Zuko rolled his eyes at his girlfriend.
"You weren't asking me to.."
"To what?" Zuko asked.
"Nothing, nothing," Katara said and walked toward her room. "Go ahead and make dinner."
"I'll call you when it's ready."
"I'll just be in my room, waiting for—for dinner," Katara said 'dinner' as if embarrassed of the word.
Zuko just shook his head and wondered why he had such a weird girlfriend.
Scratch that, He wondered why he had a weird girlfriend with an even weirder imagination.
So, did you guys figure out what Katara thought Zuko was asking her? Hehehe...
Please read and review. To all "10 things I hate about you" readers, I promise I'll update soon.
Until then, ciao.
