I haven't written in awhile, so i'm a little rusty. I love this movie and I hated when Nathan died at the ending. So here it is. My spell check isn't working so if there errors I apologize. I'll update real soon, I promise.
He opened his eyes and looked around the room. He didn't recongize where he was. There were machines and tubes around his bed. There was also a chair beside the bed. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He heard the door open and footsteps.
"He hasn't woken up yet?" he heard a very familiar voice say.
"What did the doctor say?" a male voice said.
"He's going to be fine. He just won't wake up." his daughter's voice replied. He heard her sit down in the chair beside the bed. She took his hand and held it in her own.
"Shilo?" he whispered.
"Dad?" she replied leaning closer to him. He opened his eyes and looked at her. She looked so tired. He smiled and reached out to touch her face.
"Shi." he said stroking her hair. She started crying and smiling.
"Daddy!" she cried suddenly hugging him tightly around the neck. It hurt him but he didn't say anything.
"What happened, Shilo? At the opera?" he asked as she sat back in the chair.
"You were shot, do you remember that?" she replied. He nodded in reply.
"You died for almost three minutes. But the doctors brought you back." she continued, "you needed a new lung."
"Shilo, we can't afford a transplant." he interrupted.
"We can if you're the Repo Man." she replied. He shook his head and stared up at the ceiling. He didn't want to be that monster again; he couldn't become that monster again.
"Shilo, I can't." he stated.
"Dad, I need you here with me. I'm not ready to lose you." she told him starting to cry again. He caressed her cheek and pulled her to him in another hug.
"It's going to be alright, baby. I'm not going to go anywhere, I promise." he replied.
