Almost Me:
I hated being a Kirlia, I lived in Ilex forest with my family. Our tribe leader was a Gallade and the rest of our clan were mostly Kirlias and Gardevoirs. Baby Ralts evolved as earlier as they could. I was a loner, the rest of my age group were all girls, actually the rest of my clan were girls. I'm a boy.
I was the first boy born in a thousand moons. The last was our clan leader, he's my dad. Technically he's everyone's dad as he's the only male apart from me. The reason I hate being a Kirlia is because I look like a girl and yes I know all Kirlias look the same, but it looks like I'm wearing a tutu or a dress. Sometimes I wish I was a girl, but because I'm the only boy I'm left alone and I prefer it really.
The others are evolving tonight it a big ritual that happens every 5 moons. It's special tonight though as I'm also evolving, I'm the special event. Even though I can become a Gardevoir I don't want to at least becoming a Gallade will make me look like an actual boy!
The ritual requires everyone who is evolving to dance as the sun rises in the dawn. I must dance in the middle then as the others evolve around me I receive a Dawn stone from the Chief.
I will become different from him though as he is very rare, he is a shiny. Many hunters have come to try and capture him but he always escapes.
I will lose my tutu and gain razor sharp hands. My long hair shall still get in the way of my eyes, but my posture will be one of fighting not one of dancing and grace.
I will become strong, I will become powerful. I will be Gallade.
I shall finally become me...
