Raven was leaning against the bark of a tree, reading one or her favorite books. She had her hood down so I could see beautiful face. I could see her violet eyes reading each word.
I, of course, would never be caught dead reading anything but comic books.
I was leaning on the same tree, trying to get some sleep under the shade. But the warmth of Raven next to me would not let me stop thinking.
"Beastboy, are you going to sleep, or not?" She gave me a questioning look.
I felt my heart leap when her sweet voice came to me. Her voice may sound dead, but to me, it was music. Then, when she looked at me, my heart jumped out of my chest.
I tried acting normal, or as normal as I could be. "I can't. Actually, I don't want to waste the time I have with you." I said to her.
I don't know why I said the next thing. It wasn't even a good time to say it, but I did. "Raven, I love you!" I just hoped it was dream.
She gave me a surprised look then leaned in and kissed me. I felt her warm lips on mine, then something shooting down my spine.
I grabbed her chin in my hands and she put her arms around me. She pulled back and told me she also loved me. Then she kissed me passionately again.
Then I woke up. Just like I do every night.
Thank you, thank you. This was not really my idea completely. My bff actually made it and allowed me to make it into a Rae+BB fanfic. So, also thank my bff for this good story. Because I surly do. Review! Please! Or else!
