Hidden Love
Chapter 1: Shard in the Forest of Inu-Yasha
"Kagome are you coming?" asked Inu-Yasha
"Yes I was just getting my stuff packed because its summer break so I am staying with you guys for awhile until school starts." Replied Kagome
"Why do you even the bother with "school" what did it ever do for you!" snapped Inu-Yasha
Kagome replied with a smirk and jumped in the well and following was Inu-Yasha . They arrived in Feudal Japan with the gang waiting by the well.
"What took you guys so long?" snapped Shippo, "Sango and Miroku got bored and started throwing rock at me!"
Sango and Miroku trying to prove their innocents was interrupted by a loud cry for help from The Forest of Inu-Yasha.
"Damn demons keep showing up since Naraku disappeared!" yelled Inu-Yasha
Inu-Yasha gripping Tetsusaiga and ran towards the cry for help. Drawing the sword left by his father Inu-Taishou it transformed into its large status. Kagome fallowed the hanyou into the forest.
"I sense a jewel shard near by." Exclaimed Kagome
The hanyou barked, "Where is it"
Kagome looked up, down, and around and then realized that the shard was located in the demon's left arm.
"In its left arm in the bicep." Said Kagome
"Thanks." Yelled Inu-Yasha
As saying this, the demon realized that Inu-Yasha was there and sung his left arm trying to cast down the hanyou. The demon kept pounding the ground where once the hanyou stood.
"I am up here ass-hole!" yelled Inu-Yasha
As the demon turned around to see the hanyou, Inu-Yasha cut the demon's arm off. The demon started to twist around and try to infure Inu-Yasha but the hanyou cast the demon down with his Backlash Wave. Kagome retrieved the shard and added it to the rest of the shards that they had collected. Sango, Miroku, Shippo, and Kirara came running into the forest to find that the demon had already been cast down.
"Why didn't you wait for us?" asked Sango
Inu-Yasha replied, " Had to get the shard you slow pokes."
"That's no reason to go ahead and start without us!" yelled Shippo
"You don't even fight and if you do you always chicken out." Stated Inu-Yasha
The group started moving on to find shelter for the night. As the group was walking Sango started to whisper to Kagome.
"What did you and Inu-Yasha do before we got there after the demon was slayed?" asked Sango
Kagome replied, "What do you mean?"
"Miroku and I know that you like Inu-Yasha." Stated Sango
As Sango said this Kagome started to blush.
"Do I like him?" Kagome thought to herself
"Hello, Earth to Kagome." Sango said waving her hand in front of Kagome's face
"NO! I don't like him. He is a stubborn jerk who always has to have it his way!"
At this time Kagome relized that she was yelling at Sango and everyone else heard her.
"Who are you talking about?" asked Inu-Yasha
"My Grandpa." She replied
Sango said, "Way to keep the conversation low."
"Sorry, but I don't like Inu-Yasha not matter what you and Miroku say."
"But I think I love him?" thought Kagome
