April POV
I just shut door on Jackson and now I have time with my baby girl . Do you want to meet one of mommy's friends nugget? Come on Harriet let's go. I go into bedroom and see tom sitting on I smile at him say tom meet Harriet. Harriet reaches for him and I hand him to her and ask him to keep eye on her while I shower.
Tom POV
Hello sweetheart I'm gonna be your new dada I kiss harriets head. That's right sweetie I'm gonna get your mama to move with me so we can be family and I'll be your daddy cuttie. Harriet smiles at me and I say can u say dada say dada. Harriet just snuggles into my chest and then April comes out and puts her to bed.
April POV
Next morning I'm getting ready work when tom comes into kitchen with Harriet on his hip and smiles says April watch this and Harriet calls him dada I look shocked. Tom asks me to move with him and be a family with Harriet I tell him even if I wanted to Jackson would sue me for custody and with how I have been acting lately he will win. Tom tells me he wants raise Harriet as his own. I hear knock on door and it's Jackson tom awnsers it Jackson sees him there holding Harriet Jackson reaches out for Harriet only to have her snuggle into tom and call him dada. Jackson gets upset and grabs Harriet and leaves.
Few hours later I'm at nurses station thinking about this morning when a woman in pants suit comes up to me says dr. Kepner I say yes and she tells me I've been served. I open letter and find out Jackson is suing for custody of Harriet based on fact I'm not fit to be her parent right now. I run off to find Jackson and see him talking with Alex I yell at Jackson why are you taking my baby away. Jackson tells me he is concerned about Harriet since I forgot her and had strange man around Harriet and that Harriet called him dada so he advises me to see my lawyer.
Few days later im seeing my lawyer and she tells me I don't have very good chance. 1 week later I'm in court and judge hands Down verdict Jackson has full custody and he has to be there when i see Harriet. Good news is my viststion with Harriet is coming up.
I go into work next day and tom try's kiss me I yell at him get away from me and leave me alone. I'm going into daycare visit Harriet when daycare worker stops me tells me I can't see her til she gets dr Avery down here. I'm still her mother daycare worker said next broke me down she said your not anymore. Jackson comes around corner sees me in tears and tells daycare worker she is still her mother she just needs help right now and let us in see our baby. We visit Harriet together playing with toys as family now it seems things finally looking up have to decide where to go from here.

I am going to have April and if I can't I'll just hurt her I'm gonna make her suffer then Owen hears me and tell me he has plan and he will help
