Warning: This is a pile of crap. I don't even know why I'm posting it. Oh well. It's your funeral…

PS. I don't own Generator Rex, Man Of Action does, so don't sue me :P

It was a dull summer day. The sky was overcast and gray, like the rain wanted to come, but just wouldn't. It seemed to match Noah's mood perfectly. He'd been dealing with these... feelings for a while, but when Rex left for a mission a week ago, Noah realized how much he depended on him. What was worse was the fact that it WAS summer, which meant that there wasn't even school to keep Noah's mind occupied. It had been 8 days, 6 hours, and 42 minutes since Noah had seen the guy he was secretly in love with. So there he was, standing on the hill by the basketball courts, idly staring into the sky. An opened can of soda was next to him, but he had only taken a sip or two. Soda reminded him of when he met Rex. His eyes drifted to the ground and he noticed a pristine daisy in the ground. He plucked it, and chuckled. "How silly... I wonder how this even started...?" As he began to pull off the petals, he spoke quietly to himself. "He loves me... He loves me not... He loves me... He loves me not..." He continued until there were two left. "He loves me not..." Before he could break off the last petal, a pair of arms was wrapped around his torso and he was lifted high into the air. He screamed in surprise, and clutched onto the arms for his life. When he finally calmed down, he opened one eye slightly. Rex chuckled from behind. "What the hell, Rex! Why'd you scare me like that!" He seemed to completely forget what he was doing beforehand. Rex didn't say anything, but threw Noah up a bit so he could reposition and catch him, bridal style. When the moment passed, Noah was in Rex's arms with his eyes shut as tight as they could, and he was covering his face with his hands.

"Noe?" Rex finally spoke.

"What." Noah said without moving.

"Sorry I scared you... I thought it would be funny..." He mumbled while slowly descending.

"Well, it wasn't." Noah crossed his arms across his chest but kept his eyes closed.

Rex landed, and lowered him to the ground. Noah turned away from Rex and tried to slow his heart race. "Guess what?"

Noah sighed. "What super amazing awesome thing did you do this time?"

Rex closed the distance between them and wrapped his arms around Noah's waist. Noah stiffened at the touch, but soon relaxed into the embrace. "He loves you." Rex whispered in his ear. Noah didn't even respond at first, his mind processing what just happened.

"R- Really?" He said in disbelief.

"Yeah. I love you." Rex whispered again, sending shivers down Noah's back.

Noah turned around, throwing his arms around Rex's neck and burying his face into the crook of his neck. "That's pretty super amazing awesome." Rex just chuckled and pushed Noah's head back to place a kiss on his lips. When they broke apart, Noah leaned his forehead against Rex's and said, "I missed you." And kissed him again.
