Post Survivor series.
Roman was trying to remain small and which for a man his size was impressive. He gets to his locker room without letting anyone see him. He slips into the locker room and wipes at his eyes as he leans against the door. He reaches up and locks the door. That was suppose to be his moment and now that moment was tainted again. Yes he knew it was a story line but to hear the people boo him again. Then to see Shea come out and the boos to get worse. He felt like he let everyone down and most of all his let his empire down. Yet again the title was in his hands and it was snatched away. When would he be allowed to actually shine and be able to hold the belt that he was working so hard for.
He jumps though when he feels arms wrap around him. He looks over his shoulder and see's Dean. Dean pulls him further into the locker room. He is pushed onto the couch and immediately he gets a lap full of Seth. Dean then sits by him and wraps his arms around Roman. Seth wraps his arms around his brother and cuddles tightly to him. Roman smiles softly as he wraps his arms around both his brothers.
Seth's voice is soft as he whispers. "It's OK Ro."
Dean nods and whispers softly. "We got you."
Roman smiles sadly and then looks down at them. "I just.."
Seth whispers. "you have come so far and your real fans see that. Hell I think everyone other then the idiots see how much you have grown as a proformer."
Dean nods, "And you are going to kick Shea's butt and take that belt."
Seth grins. "Yup.. you will own the ring."
Dean nods. "then you are going to get to feud with Seth."
Seth nods and smiles softly.
Dean smirks. "then you will feud with me but I'm taking the belt."
Seth huffs. "are not."
Roman shakes his head as he watches Dean and Seth banter back and forth about who is going to be the champion after him. He finally just hugs them close and knows no matter what he has his family. He will get another shot and he may win. Either way though, his brothers will be behind him every step of the way.
