The Male Witch…
A challenge for "American Horror Story: Coven"...
This is for people who will see my idea and make a story about it, for alas, I Lack patience, imagination, and the time to write out a suitable candidate for this story. Let me get this out of the way first, there should be no slash involved with the OC. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind slash, but there are too many female characters in "coven" for there to be any logical slash shipping in this story.
● 1. The story must revolve around the main character (OC), who will be a male witch.(because historically there were male witches that were burned at salem)
● 2. Male witches must be rare, but they do exist, remember the one man one the council?
● 3. The Main character(OC) must be powerful in his own way, with an affinity to a certain thing, or an odd or useful power (like the characters in the show, Queenie was a human voodoo doll, the one witch was clairvoyant, etc. you get the point) but he must also have an affinity or power that is different than all mentioned in the show. (I will provide a list of samples) ●
4. The character (OC) must be involved in most, if not every episode of the show (otherwise, why bother writing this at all?) and must play a significant role in the story, to the point that things ultimately turn out differently than actual canon.
● 5. Relationship -wise you can pick whomever you want, barring any male, because as I said earlier, there is too many female characters for the main O.C. to be Homosexual. (Bisexual is alright as long as the end result is the same as I intended) you may even (if you want) have the shipping be in harem style. ● 6. The Background and Main affinity of the OC is up to you, but it must be presented in the same way queenies was. The name of the OC is up to your creative minds. Note that any Affinity the OC has will be important to him and he will utterly love the subject of affinity. And please try to make him cool , but don't neglect depth to your OC.
Sample powers and Affinities…
● Shapeshifting- the ability to change one's appearance at will
● technopathy the ability to absorb all information about something through physical contact
● Weapons (affinity) natural talent at using any non modern weapon (so guns and modern style weapons are not allowed)
● Insects (affinity) natural love for all bugs (includes the ability to control and communicate with any insects)
