She's got all this blondblond hair and these brightbright eyes, and he can't help but think that she's really pretty. But she's Looney Lovegood, and she's got all these weird ideas about Nargals and other strange things he's never even heard of.
But then he sees her with a mouse, Fleur wanted to get rid of "ze ting". But Luna, strange Luna Lovegood who had been known to do and say the strangest things at Hogwarts, Luna Lovegood saved it.
And that's when Dean knew that he was Looney in Love with Luna.
