"So why is Vega so upset," Jade asked Beck.
Beck sighed.

"Her boyfriend was just using her to get a good grade," he said
Jade had a look of disgust on her face.

"Lets go over and talk to her," he suggested

"Not before we come up with a plan"

"A what?"

"A plan. I want to show Vega that this idiot isn't worth her energy"

"What are you thinking?"
Jade whispered in Beck's ear.

"What? Jade you'd kill me if I ever did that"

"If you did it for real you're right I would. This is acting. Now the first time I insult her that's when you say it"

((10 minutes later at Tori's house))

"You must feel so stupid right now," Jade said

"Okay," Beck commented as if on cue, "That's a time out"

"What no... I was just-"

"Go sit on the stairs"
They started arguing. He called her a brat and subtly insulted her. Tori, no longer upset looked at Beck astonished.

"Beck stop it," she said, "You're treating her like-"

"Like Jesse treated you," Jade said, "He treated you like you weren't worth it and Vega you were so worth it."

"We set that little act up," Beck said, "To teach you that Jesse was the one who isn't worth it"

"Anyone who is going to treat you that way doesn't deserve you," Jade said, "I don't like you sometimes but that's only because you tried to steal Beck your second day at Hollywood Arts and lately I've grown to like you"

"Thank you Jade," Tori said her heartbreak forgotten, "and I have something to confess too"

"Do I look like a priest," Jade said.

"No... but you need to know this. It's... the kiss that day wasn't real. It was a stage kiss."
Jade rolled her eyes.

"Beck told me that the day it happened," Jade said, "But the point isn't about the kiss or if it was real or not. The point is that you don't have to be treated like a doormat. One day you'll find a man that treats you the way Beck treats me. You'll find someone who will treat you with respect. You'll find someone who will treat you like the person you deserve to be treated like. You'll find someone who will love you unconditionally the way Beck loves me. There are plenty of times I screwed up but Beck never treated me the way Jesse treated you and sometimes I deserved to be treated like that. But Beck loved me too much and he didn't put me down. Jesse is a user and a poser and frankly he's not good enough to kiss your shoes."

"What," Tori asked

"Don't make me repeat that Vega," she said, "It was painful enough the first time."

Beck smirked.

Tori all of a sudden wasn't feeling so bad. She was actually feeling pretty good right now. She had friends who really cared about her. They made her see the truth when the truth was hidden from blind eyes.

"Now," Jade said, "Lets talk revenge... on Jesse"
