p.s it is set after a war with the primordials
Percy had saved the world for at least the third time just two weeks ago and over the war with the primordials had been the best time of Percy's life. Him and Anabeth grew a lot closer and just a few days ago Percy actually proposed, and Anabeth said yes! Every thing was going fine until Athena found out. Anthena still had her doubts about Percy and so summoned Percy and some of his closest friends such as Anabeth (of course), Jason, Leo, Hazel, Piper, Reyna, Thalia Frank, Selena and Nico. Before anything was explained to Percy and Anabeth Athena told them to together choose seven of their friends, Anabeth instantly chose Thalia, Selina and Piper. Percy on the other hand was a bit more hesitant, he though for a while and then chose Jason, frank and hazel. Anabeth quickly whispered something to Percy and then subsequently chose reyna. once the seven companions had been chosen Athena spoke to the heros. She explained for percy to prove his worthines and also to prove he keeps good company he must complete three challenges given to them by three olympians. Ares, Aphrodite and hersef.

we easily got through ares's challenge, it was simply a battle that we had to win, and my own mothers challenge was also relatively simple, just some riddles. we thought that this would be done in less than an hour, until we came to Aphrodites challenge...
