This is my very first Wicked FanFic
"Elphie…" Galinda whispered
"Hm?" The green girl asked not looking up from her book, which belonged to the Shiz library.
"What are you reading?" The perky blonde asked, looking at her roommate whom always seemed to have her nose stuck in some book.
"A book." Elphaba replied.
"Well, obviously, but what is it about?" She asked, fiddling with the pink blanket on her bed.
Elphaba brought her attention away from the book long enough to look at her friend. "Galinda, you and I both know that you really don't care." She said.
"Yes, dearest, you're absolutely right. I really don't but let's pretend I do." She said, in her usual perky tone. She moved to sit beside her green friend.
Elphaba just looked at Galinda sometimes wondering what exactly went on in her blissful blonde mind, but always found it best to never ask. "Alright, hypothetically if you did care, it is about great speeches that have been made on Animal rights over the centuries." She said, going back to reading.
Galinda slowly nodded. "Oh. Well, it sounds dreadfully boring." She said, laying her head on the green girl's shoulder. "Elphie, talk to me." She whined.
The green girl gave a heavy sigh as she turned her head to look at her roommate. "About what?" She asked, curiously.
The blonde shrugged. "I haven't the faintest idea." She said, smiling at her.
"How about letting me read?" She asked, raising her brow.
Galinda giggled, shaking her head. "No, you should want to talk to me." She said, taking the book from the green hands of her friend.
"What I want to do is read, without you beside me." Elphaba said, taking her book; turning away from Galinda
The perk blonde grew quiet as she watched the green girl read, thinking which sometimes really wasn't a good thing. "Elphie, if you don't talk to me then I'm going to kiss you." She said.
Rolling her eyes, Fabala continued to read her book. Her ears perked hearing silence in the room after several long minutes. I I wonder if she is still in the room. /I She thought turning to look suddenly feeling the blonde's lips on her.
"Why in Oz did you do that?" Elphaba asked, pulling back.
"I told you I would if you didn't talk to me." Galinda said, staring at her friend having the strongest urge to kiss her again.
The green girl slowly nodded and looked back at her book. "You're crazy." She said, unable to get her mind off what Galinda had just done. Sighing, she marked her page and put the book down. She laid down on her side and looked at her friend. "You want to talk so talk." She said, rather bored.
Galinda shrugged and leaned into kiss her again glad that Elphie had accepted another kiss. She began to wonder if this was the start or something new or just a way to get the green girl's attention.
